FOOD
Tea Blends
Personalized for the client based on desires and/or symptoms. Herbs used are sourced locally and dried herbs from trusted sources to ensure a quality blend. The blend is then charged with healing sounds and packaged on-site. Phone consultations may be scheduled for this service.
Tea Station
Want freshly harvested herbal teas for an event, meeting or party? Herbal tea and glass tea mugs provided.
Tea Ceremony
Tea Ceremony with guided reflections - using infused seasonal herbs to engage participants in self and their surroundings. Unlike a traditional ceremony, this one takes you on an hour journey to learn about and connect with herbal teas. Opening your subconscious to the various layers of taste and sensory expression. Using herbal tea as a spiritual practice, this tea experience is a communal journey.
Sweat Tea
Think sweat lodge mixed with tea ceremony. Herbs are harvested and brewed within 24 hours to assist sweat lodge participants with detoxing, toning and refreshing the organs and body. The sweat takes place at an urban wooden sauna nestled in the heart of an inviting and enchanting neighborhood. Must be scheduled a month in advance.
